Fall is Here

It's October and we are getting ready for Halloween! The boys went on their first field trip this month to the local Pumpkin Patch. They loved riding the school bus for the first time and had a great experience overall. Bryson is going to be a Ninja this year and Carter is going to be Batman...or a least that's the plan and what we have purchased so far. We will see what they decide the actual night of Halloween!

(I wasn't able to move the order of these pictures around below, so excuse the crazy mix-matched order they are in.)

As you can see, Carter really enjoys his costume and wears it a lot!

Betty & Jenny

Betty and Jenny made a trip down the coast and visited us in San Diego at the end. It was the first time Betty got to meet the boys and all their energy. We are so glad they made the trip!

We love September

September is great in San Diego. The weather is the warmest this month and really feels like summer. Also, school starts back up now so most of the tourists are gone. How fun that we get to be "tourists" all year long!

Learning to ride our bikes:
New bubble machine from Great Grandma Barbara:

Rice Krispies right out of the pan is the best!

Where's Carter??

Fun in the Sun with our twin friends!

Carter absolutely loves the Ipad!

Loving Life

Our days are filled to the brim with activity, constantly on the go, and action packed...but overall, we are loving life. We are lucky to have such a happy and healthy little family. Life is good!Just relaxing and reading books on a comfy pile of blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals:Having fun with our new beach toys....boggy board and beach tent:

Colette and her family visited San Diego, so we had time to hang out and the kids put on a rock concert for us:

First Trolley ride! We went downtown to the baseball game and had a great time. Didn't get to watch much (if any) of the game, but it was a fun outing.

Inevitably everyday comes to an end....
